  • Service - Unit needs routine or corrective maintenance, both will require a detail evaluation to properly identify best service recommendations. 

  • Warranty - The Unit has been previously serviced by iMed and is not operating correctly.

iMED provides comprehensive support for medical equipment through routine maintenance, repair services, and warranty requests. Choose Regular Maintenance if you need inspections, calibration, or preventive care to keep your devices operating safely. Select General Repair Inquiry for equipment that is malfunctioning, damaged, or showing performance issues. Use Warranty Request if your device is still under warranty and requires service covered under your agreement. Our team will review your submission and guide you through the next steps.
